Is the swing easy to install

The swing is very easy to install and can be done in 10 minutes with the instructions provided.

Are there any alternative options for hanging the swing?

Doorframe bars are a great option for hanging swings if drilling in the ceiling is not an option.

Can the swing be mounted on a wooden ceiling?

Yes the screws included are suitable for wooden ceilings also.

The swings are suitable for ages 3+.
